We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.

• Provide pre- and post-operative care and education to patients and families.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Ensure the comfort, dignity, and safety of patients at all times.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving procedures as needed.

• Assist in the training and supervision of junior nurses and healthcare assistants.

• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (GNM or B.Sc Nursing).

• Registered Nurse with the [Country/State] Nursing Council.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BLS/ACLS Certification.
