We are looking for experienced and skilled Senior Staff Nurses to lead and support our nursing teams in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Deliver high-standard, evidence-based nursing care to patients across various departments
Supervise and mentor junior nurses and nursing aides
Support nursing in-charge in workforce planning and resource allocation
Coordinate and assist during critical procedures and emergencies
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
Maintain a safe and infection-free environment in compliance with protocols
Ensure timely administration of medications, infusions, and other nursing procedures
Communicate effectively with physicians, allied staff, patients, and families
Train, guide, and evaluate new nursing staff as part of continuous improvement
Participate in audits, quality initiatives, and accreditation processes (e.g., NABH, JCI)
Handle inventory, equipment, and documentation responsibilities efficiently
Escalate issues to the nursing supervisor or unit head as required
Advanced clinical nursing skills and critical thinking
Team leadership and mentoring ability
Strong knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies
Patient-centric approach and professional ethics
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation standards
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (Post Basic B.Sc. preferred) from a recognized institution
Registration: Must be registered with the State Nursing Council
Experience: 6–8 years of clinical experience in a hospital setup
