We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care, ensure adherence to hospital policies, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols and doctor’s instructions

• Monitor patient vitals and report abnormalities to the physician

• Administer medications and intravenous therapy safely

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation

• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures

• Educate patients and family members on care and recovery plans

• Ensure infection control and hygiene practices are followed

• Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality, and rights at all times

• Manage and use medical equipment efficiently

• Participate in training programs, CMEs, and nursing audits

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution

• Registration: Must be a registered nurse with the State Nursing Council

• Experience: 0–1 year (Internship or clinical exposure during training is acceptable)
