Control: You may update or delete your profile at any time. However, Recruiters who have previously accessed your profile may retain copies.
Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your resume and profile information.
Application Process: You may apply to job postings through the Platform by submitting your resume and any additional required information.
Application Status: You can track the status of your applications through your account dashboard.
Reapplication: You may reapply to a job posting only if the Recruiter has reopened the position or explicitly allows reapplications.
Consent: You consent to receive communications from Recruiters and hospitaljobs.in regarding job opportunities, application statuses, and Platform updates.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of non-essential communications through your account settings.
Optional Services: The Platform may offer premium services (e.g., resume writing, priority applications) for a fee.
Payment Terms: All payments for premium services are subject to applicable taxes and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
