About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Educator to design and deliver training programs for nursing staff, ensuring clinical excellence and continuous professional development. The role focuses on enhancing nursing skills, patient safety practices, and quality standards in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct orientation programs for new nursing staff.
- Plan and deliver ongoing in-service education and training sessions.
- Assess training needs and design modules to improve clinical and patient care skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff through assessments and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to enhance patient safety and care quality.
- Maintain training records and report progress to management.
