Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper packing of products as per standards, select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
• Check products for quality and quantity before packing and dispatch. Prepare and label packages with correct tags, barcodes, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate and plan daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders. Generate and verify dispatch-related documents (invoice and other supporting documents etc.).
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods through proper coordination with logistics partners. Track and record dispatches in system.
• Coordinate with sales, stores, and transport team for smooth dispatch flow.
• Handle customer queries related to packaging or shipment status.
• Prepare daily reports on packaging and dispatch status.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of packaging techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with dispatch procedures and documentation.
• Computer literacy (Excel, ERP or inventory software knowledge is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple dispatches and prioritize tasks.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 years in packaging and dispatch (preferably in manufacturing, pharma, or FMCG sectors)
