We are seeking an experienced Infection Control Nurse to oversee infection prevention practices and ensure compliance with hospital safety standards. The role focuses on monitoring, educating, and implementing infection control protocols to safeguard patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital-acquired infections and maintain proper surveillance data.
• Implement and enforce infection prevention protocols across all departments.
• Conduct regular audits on hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and sterilization practices.
• Educate and train nursing staff and other healthcare workers on infection control measures.
• Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate with microbiology and quality teams for reporting and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI standards and hospital policies.
