About the Job

We are seeking smart, courteous, and well-organized Front Office Executives to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in healthcare or hospitality sectors is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and clients professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with proper telephone etiquette and route them appropriately.
  • Manage front desk operations including registration, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and visitor management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Address queries and concerns of patients and visitors with empathy and clarity.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth patient flow and information exchange.
  • Maintain accurate records and update logs regularly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and front desk software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of hospital or clinic front office processes (preferred).\ \ NOTE: Notice Period of 0-15 days is preferred
