We are seeking smart, courteous, and well-organized Front Office Executives to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in healthcare or hospitality sectors is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls with proper telephone etiquette and route them appropriately.
- Manage front desk operations including registration, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and visitor management.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Address queries and concerns of patients and visitors with empathy and clarity.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth patient flow and information exchange.
- Maintain accurate records and update logs regularly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and front desk software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of hospital or clinic front office processes (preferred).
