We are seeking a responsible Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to provide round-the-clock medical support in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency units. The role involves patient assessment, monitoring, and coordination with senior consultants to ensure continuous and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment of patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency wards.

• Provide immediate medical attention and stabilize patients before specialist consultation.

• Monitor patient vitals, treatment progress, and update consultants regularly.

• Support consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and interventions.

• Handle medico-legal cases, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with protocols.

• Manage patient flow during emergencies, including triage and stabilization.

• Guide nursing staff and coordinate with diagnostic and support teams for seamless patient care.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient safety.
