We are looking for a committed and responsible Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to provide round-the-clock medical coverage and emergency care to patients. The DMO will assist in managing inpatient and outpatient cases, support consultants, and ensure timely clinical documentation and response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assessment and treatment for patients in wards, ER, or ICU

• Attend to medical emergencies and stabilize patients as per protocols

• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and patient reviews

• Monitor vital signs and clinical status of patients regularly

• Update case sheets, treatment orders, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team

• Ensure proper handover between shifts to maintain continuity of care

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and oxygen therapy as per doctor’s orders

• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols

• Escalate critical cases and abnormal findings to consultants promptly

• Coordinate with diagnostics, nursing, and pharmacy for patient care needs

• Basic familiarity with hospital software (EMR/HIS)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university

• Registration: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council

• Experience: 0–1 year (Internship or house surgeon experience is acceptable)

• Certifications (Preferred): BLS / ACLS / ATLS
