We are looking for a courteous, well-spoken, and service-oriented Front Office – Junior Executive to join our hospital’s front desk team. This role is the face of the hospital and is responsible for providing a warm welcome, guiding patients, and ensuring smooth registration, appointment, and billing processes.
Greet and guide patients, attendants, and visitors professionally
Register patients for OPD, IPD, and diagnostics using hospital software
Schedule appointments and manage doctor availability slots
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, facilities, and processes
Collect and verify patient documents (ID, insurance, referrals, etc.)
Handle patient queries, complaints, and service feedback
Coordinate with departments like nursing, billing, pharmacy, and diagnostics
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in records
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly
Support admission and discharge processes in coordination with nursing and billing
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, patient-focused, and customer service-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, HIS or CRM software)
Fluency in English and local language(s)
Good grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Qualification: Any graduate – BA / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. / BHM or equivalent
Experience: 0–1 year (Internship or hospital/clinic front desk experience preferred)
Technical Skills: Familiarity with hospital software (HIS) and basic Excel preferred
