Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients through registration, consultation, diagnostics, and billing processes.
• Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle patient queries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and reports.
• Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and satisfaction throughout their visit.
