About the Job
Qualification: B.Sc. Dialysis Technology
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team in Vadapalani. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, hands-on experience in dialysis procedures, and the ability to manage and guide junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hemodialysis procedures for patients as per prescribed protocols.
- Prepare, operate, and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and infection control practices.
- Manage consumables, stock, and equipment maintenance.
- Train, guide, and support junior dialysis technicians.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment logs.
Required skills:
plasma transfusion, column exchange, CRRT, transplant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dialysis Technology (B.Sc. Dialysis).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dialysis (hospital/clinic setting).
- Strong technical skills in operating dialysis equipment.
- Good communication, patient-handling, and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
Experience in hospitals is preferred, opposed to scan centres.\ We prefer local candidates who are ready to perform on-call duties 24/7
