We are looking for an entry-level Plumber to assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across hospital or institutional facilities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of plumbing tools, water systems, and a willingness to learn under supervision.
Assist in installation and maintenance of pipelines, water tanks, sinks, toilets, and sanitary fittings
Carry out minor repairs in bathrooms, kitchens, and plumbing infrastructure
Support maintenance of drainage systems, pumps, valves, and water filtration units
Respond to leakage complaints and attend to plumbing emergencies
Ensure proper sealing, pipe fitting, and alignment for new installations
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools after each task
Coordinate with supervisors, electricians, and carpenters for maintenance works
Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines, especially in hospital zones
Maintain service logs and basic documentation of work done
Learn and follow hospital or facility protocols regarding maintenance schedules
Basic understanding of plumbing tools, equipment, and materials
Ability to identify common plumbing issues and apply quick fixes
Physical fitness and stamina to work in tight spaces and handle tools
Willingness to learn from senior technicians and follow instructions
Good coordination and communication with engineering/maintenance teams
Awareness of safety practices and water hygiene in healthcare or public buildings
Qualification: ITI or certificate course in Plumbing / Building Maintenance
Experience: 0–1 year (Internship, apprenticeship, or on-the-job training acceptable)
License/Certification: Not mandatory, but basic plumbing training is preferred
