We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to support physicians in the delivery of clinical care. The PA will assist in patient assessment, procedures, documentation, and coordination of care, ensuring efficient and high-quality service to patients.
Assist physicians in evaluating and managing patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, or day-care units
Record patient history, vital signs, and clinical notes under physician supervision
Help with diagnostic procedures, minor treatments, or bedside care
Coordinate investigations, collect reports, and update case files
Explain treatment plans, medications, and follow-up instructions to patients and families
Assist during rounds, minor procedures, or clinical examinations
Monitor patient progress and report significant changes to the physician
Maintain patient documentation and ensure data entry into EMR/HIS systems
Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols at all times
Serve as a liaison between doctors, nurses, and other departments
Basic clinical knowledge and patient care skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
Accuracy in documentation and medical record-keeping
Empathetic, ethical, and professional behavior
Team player with readiness to work flexible hours or shifts
Qualification: B.Sc. in Physician Assistant / B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences (Physician Assistant stream) from a recognized institution
Experience: 0–1 year (Internship or clinical training in a hospital setting preferred)
Registration: State Allied Health Registration (if applicable)
