We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Educator to lead the professional development of our nursing staff. The Nurse Educator will design, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs to ensure nurses are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for safe, high-quality patient care in line with current standards and best practices.
Plan and deliver clinical orientation, induction, and ongoing in-service training for nursing staff
Design curriculum and training materials aligned with NABH, JCI, and hospital protocols
Conduct assessments to evaluate nurses’ knowledge, competencies, and skill gaps
Provide bedside training, mentoring, and support to junior nurses and new hires
Coordinate with Nurse Managers and department heads to identify training needs
Facilitate BLS/ACLS training and emergency preparedness drills (if certified)
Monitor nursing practices to ensure compliance with quality and infection control standards
Maintain training documentation, records, and evaluation feedback reports
Support implementation of evidence-based nursing practices and clinical audits
Contribute to nursing quality initiatives, research, and professional development programs
Stay current with advancements in nursing, clinical care, and teaching methodologies
Strong clinical knowledge and teaching ability across general and specialty nursing areas
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor nursing staff at all levels
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
Familiarity with accreditation standards (NABH, JCI) and hospital policies
Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple training schedules
Computer literacy for presentations, e-learning, and training documentation
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred)
Registration: Registered Nurse & Midwife with State Nursing Council
Experience: 4–5 years of clinical nursing experience (with at least 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role preferred)
Certifications (Preferred): BLS/ACLS Instructor, TOT (Training of Trainers), or related courses in Nursing Education
