We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Consultant Radiologist to lead and manage diagnostic imaging services. The ideal candidate should have strong interpretive skills across all major modalities and a commitment to accurate, timely reporting that supports clinical decision-making and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and report imaging studies: X-rays, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Mammography, and other diagnostic scans

• Perform and supervise ultrasound and Doppler studies across specialties (OBG, Abdomen, Musculoskeletal, Neuro, etc.)

• Participate in image-guided procedures such as FNAC, biopsies, aspirations, and drainage (if applicable)

• Ensure timely and high-quality reporting for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases

• Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings and diagnostic recommendations

• Review imaging protocols and work with technologists to ensure image quality and patient safety

• Ensure radiation safety standards and compliance with AERB/NABH/JCI guidelines

• Maintain and oversee PACS/RIS workflows and structured reporting

• Contribute to departmental teaching, audits, CMEs, and case discussions (if academic role assigned)

• Maintain detailed documentation, including second opinions and medico-legal reports where required

• Experience in high-volume, multispecialty hospital or diagnostic settings preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: MD / DNB / DMRD in Radiodiagnosis from a recognized institution (MCI/NMC approved)

• Experience: 5–10 years of post-PG clinical experience in Radiology

• Registration: Valid State Medical Council or NMC registration

• Certifications (Preferred): Additional training in Fetal Imaging, Neuroimaging, or Interventional Radiology (desirable but not mandatory)
