We are seeking an empathetic and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessment, therapy, and support to individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues under the supervision of senior psychologists or psychiatrists.
Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and psychometric testing
Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based psychological approaches
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in coordination with the medical team
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
Assist in managing patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral problems, trauma, or psychosomatic disorders
Provide crisis intervention and support for high-risk patients
Participate in multi-disciplinary case discussions and care planning
Conduct mental health awareness and psychoeducation sessions for patients and families
Support psychological aspects of chronic illness, rehabilitation, or pain management
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
Contribute to departmental research, audits, or quality initiatives (if applicable)
Strong theoretical knowledge of clinical psychology and mental health disorders
Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, etc.)
Compassionate, non-judgmental, and patient-centered approach
Strong listening, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and handle sensitive information ethically
Capacity to work in a team and under supervision
Basic knowledge of hospital or clinic workflows
Qualification: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a RCI-recognized institution (mandatory)
Registration: Must be registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
Experience: 0–1 year (Internship in a hospital or mental health setting will be considered)
