About the Job

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Branding Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of our brand identity and positioning. This role will drive brand visibility, consistency, and value across all touchpoints—offline and digital—ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer engagement strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine brand strategy, architecture, and positioning across products, services, and markets

  • Lead brand campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness, affinity, and trust

  • Oversee the development and enforcement of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity

  • Collaborate with digital, PR, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms

  • Analyze brand performance metrics and consumer insights to drive improvements and repositioning as needed

  • Manage external creative agencies, branding consultants, and vendors

  • Conceptualize and lead 360-degree brand campaigns including TV, print, outdoor, and digital

  • Plan and execute brand activations, hospital events, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations

  • Monitor competitor brand positioning and market trends to maintain competitive advantage

  • Provide brand support for internal communications, HR initiatives, and employer branding

  • Drive co-branding efforts, partnerships, and franchise branding (if applicable)

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer psychology, and integrated marketing

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design and messaging

  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data and insights to refine brand performance

  • Proficient in using branding, marketing, and analytics tools

  • Team leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Passion for building meaningful and purpose-driven brands


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or MBA from a reputed institution

  • Experience: 8–10 years in branding, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role

  • Industry Preference: Healthcare, consumer brands, hospitality, or service industry (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Portfolio: Proven track record of successful brand campaigns or rebranding initiatives
