We are looking for a motivated AC Technician (entry-level) to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The candidate will support the facility’s HVAC operations, ensuring optimal air quality and temperature control across hospital or commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and servicing of air conditioning systems (Split, Cassette, VRF/VRV, etc.)

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as filter cleaning, coil washing, and refrigerant top-up

• Check and monitor temperatures, airflow, and humidity in different zones

• Inspect and report issues in compressors, motors, ducts, and thermostats

• Respond to breakdown calls and support timely resolution

• Follow all safety, electrical, and operational procedures while working

• Maintain tools and equipment in clean and working condition

• Keep logs of service and maintenance work completed

• Coordinate with senior technicians, electricians, and facility engineers

• Comply with hospital/facility hygiene and infection control standards (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 0–1 year (Apprenticeship or field training will be considered)

• Certification (Preferred): Basic HVAC certification or R32/Gas Handling License (if applicable)
