We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cath Lab Incharge to lead the operations of our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, experience in interventional cardiac procedures, proficiency in managing cardiac medications, and the ability to operate and maintain specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Cath Lab activities, including scheduling, procedure preparation, and post-procedure care.
• Coordinate with cardiologists, anesthetists, and nursing teams for smooth procedural workflow.
• Ensure readiness of all equipment and consumables required for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Administer and manage cardiac medications as per protocols under physician supervision.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Train and guide junior staff and technicians on Cath Lab procedures and emergency management.
• Oversee inventory, maintenance of equipment, and timely calibration.
• Document and report procedure outcomes and any incidents accurately.
• Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences (Cardiac Technology or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interventional procedures like angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker, etc.
• Proficiency in operating Cath Lab equipment (e.g., C-arm, pressure injectors, monitoring systems).
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and ACLS/BLS certification (preferred).
• Good communication, team coordination, and crisis management skills.
